start to 2023. We are so excited to see what we can do together in the new year!
Member verification is caught up! If you applied to be a seller member with us anytime in 2022
and haven’t been accepted yet, that means we needed a little more information to process your
application, and we have reached out to you. Please check for that email, it will be either from
[email protected] or [email protected]. If you cannot find it, please email us at
[email protected] with the email you used for your ISG account and your business
name.
In the works:
We are continuing to work on the Plaid situation for US sellers, though we know many sellers have
already been forced to verify. We have a video on our YouTube channel that goes over what the
situation is and what sellers can do. Please subscribe to the channel for further updates.
We are also prepping a big research project about what sellers and customers want in an online
marketplace as the first part of the Market Accreditation Project. So keep an eye out for that in a
month or so.
We heard you:
We know the website could use some improvements. That is one of the things we are focusing on
right now. We are creating a landing page where prospective members can learn about what the
ISG is and what we do. We are also working to improve the members-only section and the how to
volunteer page.
